Corporate AI Agent Training
We do not teach generic AI theory. We train your team on your stack, your agents, and your failure patterns - until they ship AI features independently.
Your team knows AI is important but cannot ship agent features independently
- Engineers watch tutorials but struggle to apply concepts to your actual codebase and use cases
- Heavy dependency on external consultants for every AI feature - creating a bottleneck
- No internal expertise on production concerns: reliability, cost, observability, security
- Generic AI courses cover theory but not the practical engineering of autonomous agent systems
- Knowledge is siloed and too much context sits with a small number of people
How we solve this
Our training program is built around your codebase and use cases. Engineers learn by building practical features, with follow-up support after the workshop.
Custom Curriculum
Built around your tech stack, existing agents, and the specific capabilities your team needs to develop
Hands-On Labs
Engineers build real features in your codebase during the training - not throwaway exercises
Prompt Engineering Module
Advanced prompt design, few-shot optimization, chain-of-thought patterns, and systematic evaluation
Production Best Practices
Error handling, cost control, observability, security, and deployment patterns for production agents
Ongoing Support
Follow-up support after training so engineers can ask questions as they apply what they learned
How it works
Assessment
We evaluate your team's current skills, your tech stack, and define learning objectives
Curriculum Design
Custom program built around your codebase and the specific agent capabilities you need
Delivery
3-5 day intensive workshop with hands-on coding in your environment
Follow-Up
30 days of support while your team applies the training to real projects
Frequently asked questions
What skill level does my team need to start?
Your engineers should be proficient in Python or TypeScript and comfortable with APIs. No prior AI/ML experience is required - we start from the fundamentals of LLMs and agent architecture, then rapidly progress to production patterns.
How long is the training program?
The core workshop is 3-5 days (intensive, full-day sessions). This is followed by 30 days of async support where your team can ask questions and get code reviews as they apply what they learned to real projects.
Can the training be done remotely?
Yes. We deliver training remotely via live video with screen sharing, pair programming, and collaborative coding. The hands-on labs work in your existing development environment, and the format works well for distributed teams.
What topics are covered?
Core modules: LLM fundamentals, agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, RAG pipeline design, tool integration, multi-agent coordination, evaluation and testing, production deployment, cost optimization, and observability. We prioritize based on your team's needs.
