Nexuron AI provides AI agent consulting, engineering, training, and platform services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOWs) or engagement agreements between Nexuron AI and the client.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization, if applicable.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Nexuron AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work product created during consulting engagements is governed by the applicable SOW or engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during an engagement with the same degree of care they use for their own confidential information. Nexuron AI will not disclose client data, architecture, or business information without explicit written consent.

Consulting engagements are billed as specified in the SOW — typically fixed-price with milestone-based payments. Platform subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the applicable agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexuron AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nexuron AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI agents will achieve specific performance targets unless explicitly stated in a signed SOW with defined acceptance criteria.

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as specified in the applicable SOW. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or platform at any time for violation of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
